Early-bird fees for members until April 10

Agency Member: 260 Euro
Agency Member, second person: 220 Euro

 

Regular fees

Agency Member: 390 Euro
Agency Member, second person: 330 Euro
IDI member: 390 Euro
Non-member agency regular: 490 Euro
Non-member agency regular, second person: 415 Euro
Young agency leaders below 35 years (member or non-member): 180 Euro
Packaging Industry: 590 Euro

 

REGISTRATION

You can easily book and pay online. Please complete the following forms here below. You will then be automatically directed to a payment platform, which offers you to pay by credit card (paypal: you do not need an account) or by bank transfer. After having processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As usual, we will send you an invoice accordingly.

ACCOMMODATION

We have reserved hotel rooms at a number of hotels. Please follow the booking instructions in the section LOCATIONS. Please note you are responsible for your hotel reservation and you pay to the hotel directly.

 

 

DEADLINE & CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your attendance, you must inform the epda Office in writing. Conference Attendance Fees will be paid back 100% if cancellations are sent until the 1st of May. There is no refund on Conference Attendance Fees for cancellations received after the 1st of May or for no-show. Refunds on Dinner Fees are granted if participation is still cancellable at the restaurants/venues.
